SPA GUIDELINES

Please find some of our Spa guidelines below:

  1. If this is your first time at GojiSpa, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment to fill out a client consultation card.
  2. Ensure you use your “spa voice” when inside the building, to remain respectful of all guests.
  3. Please step outside of the premises to take any phone calls, and refrain from playing anything out loud on any devices.
  4. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running behind for your scheduled appointment time.
  5. Please note that late arrivals will unfortunately result in a reduction of your treatment time, whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
  6. If you change your appointment during your booking, the difference will be treating as a cancelation, per our cancelation policy.
  7. GojiSpa is not held responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or injury that may occur.
  8. No Children under the age of 13 allowed (unless booked in for treatments).
  9. Please inform your therapists if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have any allergies, medical conditions; or if you are on any medication, or receiving any medical treatments (we’ll just need a thumbs up from your treating doctor to ensure that we may proceed with the scheduled treatments). Please also state if you have specific cultural and/or religious beliefs that we need to keep in mind surrounding your time with us.
  10. Feel free to speak up before or during your treatment if you have preferences (like asking for a deeper or gentler pressure during massage, if you prefer a different temperature, etc.).
  11. You may request a “silent treatment”, where there will no conversation made other than what is required for your consultation and treatment.
  12. If there’s anything you are not satisfied with, feel we need to be aware of, or if you have recommendations/feedback, please reach out to management as soon as possible. You may either speak with management while with us, or email on management@gojispa.co.za if you’d prefer.
  13. All sales/payments are final. Please view more information on our return policy on our website.
  14. Gratuity for therapists is allowed and appreciated (and not presumed); and cash or card are both acceptable forms of providing this, should it resonate with you.
