Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

All purchases are final. Should you order an item online from GojiSpa or request an item to be shipped and you received an incorrect item, we need to be informed within 2 days of delivery to consider replacement.

Any item that is purchased in store is considered final once you leave the premises, or as soon the item is opened – whichever comes first. If any purchased items are defective (product or packaging), please inform us immediately via management@gojispa.co.za so that we can take the appropriate steps.

All voucher sales are final. Should a voucher be purchased for a specific treatment, the voucher may be used for a different treatment, with the value of the original purchase applied toward the cost of booked treatment. If any voucher is used for a treatment of lesser value than the voucher, the difference will be added as a credit on the user’s profile, and will be able to be redeemed toward any purchases/treatments within the spa and/or hair salon.

Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, nor will cash change be offered for redeeming a lesser value booking.
